Section 1Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it in connection with Mangal Deep Apartments, a residential project at A-197/198, Shiksha Vihar, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, registered under RERA as RAJ/P/2026/4882.

By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, downloading the brochure or contacting us through the numbers published here, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using this website.

You also confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally competent to enter into a contract.

Section 2About this website and who operates it

This website is operated by the promoter of Mangal Deep Apartments and its authorised sales team. It exists for one purpose: to help a prospective buyer understand the project and get in touch with the site team.

Everything published here – the elevation images, floor plans, unit sizes, specifications, amenity descriptions, location map and construction photographs – is provided for general information and marketing. It is not a technical document, a legal document, or a substitute for the sanctioned plans and the agreement for sale.

Section 3Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract

A binding relationship between you and the promoter arises only when you have signed the application form, the allotment letter and the agreement for sale, and those documents have been executed and, where required, registered in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules made under it in Rajasthan.

Where anything on this website differs from those executed documents, the executed documents will prevail. Please read them, and the title documents and approvals, carefully before you pay any amount or make any booking. We recommend that you take independent legal advice.

Section 4RERA registration and statutory approvals

The project is registered with the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number RAJ/P/2026/4882 and is sanctioned by the Jaipur Development Authority.

You are encouraged to verify the registration, the sanctioned plans, the approved layout and the declared completion timeline independently on the Rajasthan RERA portal before making a decision. Registration under RERA does not amount to an endorsement of the project by the Authority, and the Authority does not guarantee the accuracy of any marketing material.

Section 5Images, plans, areas and specifications

Please treat everything visual on this website as indicative:

• Renders and elevation images are artist’s impressions. Landscaping, lighting, vehicles, furniture, people and surroundings shown in them are for presentation only and do not form part of what is offered.
• Floor plans and unit layouts are not to scale unless expressly stated, and are subject to the sanctioned drawings and to changes approved by the competent authority.
• Furniture, appliances and fittings shown in any image are not included in the sale unless they are specifically listed in your agreement for sale.
• Areas stated on this website are as per the sanctioned drawings. Carpet area is understood as defined under RERA, and all areas are subject to final measurement on completion and to minor variation permitted by law and by your agreement.
• Specifications, brands and amenities may be substituted with equivalent or better alternatives at the discretion of the promoter and subject to the approval of the competent authority, without prior notice.
• Construction progress photographs reflect the site as on the date they were taken and not necessarily as on the date you view them.
• Location maps and travel times are approximate and indicative, and are not drawn to scale. Distances vary with the route, the traffic and the mode of transport.

We make a reasonable effort to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or omission at any given moment.

Section 6Prices, availability and payment plans

Prices, applicable charges, taxes, availability of units and payment plans are shared on request and are correct only as on the date they are shared with you. They are subject to revision at the sole discretion of the promoter without prior notice, and are subject to statutory levies as applicable from time to time.

Availability is not held or reserved by an enquiry, a phone call, a WhatsApp message or a site visit. A unit is blocked only against the payment of the booking amount and the issue of a written confirmation from us. Taxes, stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance deposits and any other statutory charge are payable by you in addition to the consideration, unless your agreement expressly says otherwise.

Section 7Promotional offers

From time to time we run limited-period offers, including seasonal offers such as the Navratri offer, and offers involving a complimentary item such as air conditioning units. All such offers are subject to the following, in addition to any specific terms published with the offer:

• The offer applies only to the number of units stated, on a first-come basis, and only for the period stated or until those units are booked, whichever is earlier.
• The offer applies only to a booking that is completed in full, meaning the booking amount is paid and the application is accepted in writing. It lapses if the booking is cancelled or withdrawn for any reason.
• Any complimentary item is delivered at or after possession, as specified in writing at the time of booking. The make, model, capacity and specification of any complimentary item are decided by the promoter, and no cash or other alternative is offered in its place.
• Offers are not transferable, cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or scheme, and cannot be claimed retrospectively against a booking already made.
• The promoter may modify, extend, suspend or withdraw an offer at any time without prior notice. Any dispute about the interpretation or application of an offer will be decided by the promoter, and that decision will be final.

Counters and progress indicators shown on this website in connection with an offer, such as the number of units already booked, are indicative and updated periodically. They are not a live inventory feed. Please confirm actual availability with the site team.

Section 8The brochure and other downloads

Any brochure, floor plan, price sheet or other material you download from this website is provided for your personal, non-commercial reference only. It is subject to the same qualifications set out in these terms, and it may be superseded by a later version at any time.

You may not modify a downloaded file, remove any branding or disclaimer from it, republish it, or circulate it as your own or as the material of another project.

Section 9Enquiries, site visits and your details

When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the details you have given are yours, are accurate, and that you are not submitting someone else’s number without their permission. Submitting false, duplicate or automated enquiries is not permitted.

By submitting an enquiry or contacting us, you authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about this project, including where your number is registered under Do Not Disturb or a similar register. How we handle your information, and how to withdraw that authorisation, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Site visits are arranged by appointment. While you are at the site you must follow the safety instructions of our staff, remain within the areas you are taken to, and wear any protective equipment provided. Construction sites carry inherent risk, and you visit at your own risk.

Section 10Acceptable use of this website

You may browse this website, and print or download material from it, for your own reference in evaluating this project. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of this website
• Use any automated system to scrape, harvest, index or overload the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any data held on them
• Introduce any virus, malicious code or other harmful material
• Use this website or our brand to mislead anyone about the project, its approvals, its pricing or its availability
• Use the contact details published here for unsolicited marketing to us

We may restrict or withdraw access to this website from anyone who breaches these terms, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authority.

Section 11Intellectual property

The name and logo of Mangal Deep Apartments, the design of this website, its text, photographs, renders, drawings, plans and layouts are owned by the promoter or by its architects, photographers and consultants, and are protected by law.

Third-party names, logos and marks appearing on this website, including those of the brands listed in the specification section and of our architects, belong to their respective owners. They are shown to identify the products and services proposed for the project, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement by those owners of this project or this website.

No licence to use any of this material is granted except as expressly allowed in the previous section.

Section 12Third-party links and services

This website links to and uses services operated by others, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, the Rajasthan RERA portal, and the websites of banks, housing finance companies and brand partners. We do not control those services, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Where we introduce you to a bank or a housing finance company for loan assistance, we act only as a facilitator. The decision on your loan, its terms and its pricing rests entirely with that institution, and we make no representation or warranty about it.

Section 13Brokers, agents and unauthorised representations

Only the promoter and the sales personnel it has authorised in writing may make representations about this project, its pricing, its inventory or its timelines. Real estate agents dealing with this project must be registered under RERA.

The promoter is not bound by, and takes no responsibility for, any commitment, assurance, price, discount, offer, floor plan or timeline given to you by anyone who is not so authorised, including any third-party property portal, aggregator, unregistered agent, or social media account operating in the project’s name. If you are unsure whether a person or a listing is genuine, please verify it by calling the number published on this website before you pay anything.

Section 14Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the website and its content, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including our obligations to an allottee under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and under an executed agreement for sale. Those obligations are unaffected by these terms.

Section 15Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter, its directors, employees and authorised representatives against any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or your infringement of the rights of any third party through your use of it.

Section 16Changes to these terms and to the website

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date and takes effect from the date it is posted. Your continued use of the website after that date means you accept the revised terms.

We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website, including any section, image, plan or download, at any time and without notice. We are not obliged to keep any content on this website available or up to date.

Section 17Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Disputes between an allottee and the promoter concerning the project itself are governed by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and are to be raised before the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority or the appropriate forum under that Act.
