Section 1Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and shared when you visit this website, submit an enquiry form, download the brochure, call or message us on WhatsApp, or visit the site office of Mangal Deep Apartments, a residential project at A-197/198, Shiksha Vihar, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, registered under RERA as RAJ/P/2026/4882.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the promoter of Mangal Deep Apartments and its authorised sales team. “You” refers to any person who visits this website or shares their details with us.

We only collect what we need to answer a property enquiry properly. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists. By using this website or submitting your details, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit an enquiry.

Section 2Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you fill in an enquiry form, request the price sheet, book a site visit, download the brochure or contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your mobile number and, where you provide it, your email address
• The configuration you are interested in, such as 2 BHK, 3 BHK or a penthouse
• Your indicative buying timeline
• Any requirement you choose to describe, for example floor preference, facing, or whether you need home loan assistance
• Your city or country of residence, where relevant for outstation and NRI buyers

If you proceed towards a booking, our site team will separately collect the documents required by law for an application and an agreement for sale, such as identity and address proof and PAN details. That collection is governed by the booking documentation itself, and those documents are handled only by our authorised personnel.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records limited technical information when you visit: your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time spent on them, and the website or advertisement that referred you. This is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the page are useful and to detect misuse.

Information we do not want

Please do not send us sensitive personal data through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. That includes bank account details, card numbers, passwords, Aadhaar numbers or health information. We will never ask for any of these on this website, and we will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account.

Section 3How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Call, message or email you back about your enquiry
• Share the current price sheet, availability chart, floor plans and payment plan
• Arrange a site visit or a video walkthrough
• Send you project updates such as construction progress, launch of a new inventory block, or a limited-period offer
• Introduce you, only if you ask, to banks and housing finance companies for home loan assistance
• Understand which enquiries convert, so we can improve the website and our advertising
• Maintain records required under RERA and other applicable law, and to deal with any dispute

We do not use your details for automated decision-making, credit scoring or profiling beyond the ordinary sales follow-up described above.

Section 4Consent to be contacted, and DND registration

You can withdraw it at any time. Tell the caller directly, reply STOP to a message, or write to us using the details in the last section, and we will stop contacting you and mark your record accordingly. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done on the basis of it, and it does not apply to communication we are legally required to send you if you have made a booking.

Section 5Cookies and website analytics

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Broadly, they fall into three groups:

• Necessary – these make the page work, for example remembering that you have already seen a pop-up so it does not appear on every visit.
• Analytics – these tell us, in aggregate, how many people visited, which sections they read and where they stopped. We use this to improve the page, not to identify you personally. Our own visitor counter is first-party and cookieless: it records the page you opened, the link that referred you and an approximate city. It sets no cookie and does not store your IP address.
• Advertising and measurement – if we run campaigns on search or social platforms, these help us measure which advertisement led to an enquiry, and may allow those platforms to show you our advertisement again.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies will not stop you from using the site or submitting an enquiry, though some parts may behave slightly differently. Most browsers also offer a “do not track” setting and most advertising platforms offer their own opt-out controls in your account settings.

Section 6When we share your information

We share your information only in these situations:

• Our own sales and site team, so that someone can actually call you back and show you the flat.
• Authorised channel partners and brokers, where your enquiry came through them or where they are handling follow-up for a particular campaign. They are required to use your details only for this project.
• Banks and housing finance companies, only where you have asked for loan assistance and told us to share your details.
• Service providers who run things on our behalf, such as website hosting, CRM and lead management software, calling and messaging platforms, WhatsApp Business, and analytics providers. They may process your data only on our instructions.
• Professional advisers, such as our lawyers, auditors and architects, where necessary.
• Authorities and courts, where we are required to disclose information by law, by a court order, or by the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority or another competent authority.
• A successor, if the project, the company or the relevant business is restructured, transferred or acquired. Your information would remain subject to this policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with other builders or unrelated projects.

Section 7How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for the sales cycle of this project and for a reasonable period afterwards, ordinarily up to three years from your last interaction with us, so that we can respond if you come back to us later.

Where you have made a booking, we keep your records for as long as required under the agreement for sale, RERA, tax law and other applicable law, which is typically longer. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no legal reason to keep them, we will do so.

Section 8How we protect your information

This website is served over HTTPS, and access to our enquiry records is restricted to the sales and management personnel who need it. Our service providers are chosen on the basis that they maintain reasonable security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will act on it and inform you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

Section 9Your choices and your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you and give you a copy of it
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date
• Delete your information, where we do not need to keep it for a legal or contractual reason
• Stop contacting you, or limit how we contact you
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave

Write to us using the details in the last section. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, usually by confirming the mobile number you originally gave us. We aim to respond within thirty days.

Section 10Children's privacy

This website and this project are intended for adults who are legally competent to contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a minor has submitted their details to us, please contact us and we will delete the record.

Section 11Third-party links and platforms

This page links to and embeds services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, the Rajasthan RERA portal and the websites of the brands named in our specification list. When you use them, their own privacy policies and terms apply, not ours. We are not responsible for how those services handle your data, and you should read their policies if that matters to you.

Section 12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the project progresses or as the law changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and it takes effect from the date it is posted. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the page. Please check this page from time to time.

Section 13Grievance officer and contact

If you have a question about this policy, want a copy of your data, want us to delete it, or want to complain about how your information has been handled, please contact our grievance officer. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it.
